3. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAILYSAFE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any injury, death, property damage, or other harm resulting from service failures
• Delayed, missed, or failed check-in calls due to technical issues
• Failure of emergency contacts to receive or respond to notifications
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of life, personal injury, or property damage of any kind

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of DailySafe, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information for yourself and emergency contacts
• Maintain current and valid phone numbers
• Respond to check-in calls promptly when possible
• Inform emergency contacts about their inclusion in your safety plan
• Maintain alternative emergency plans and safety measures
• Not rely exclusively on this service for your safety
• Contact emergency services (911) directly in case of actual emergencies

5. Emergency Contacts

You may designate emergency contacts who will be notified if you fail to respond to check-in calls. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining consent from emergency contacts before adding them
• Ensuring emergency contacts understand their role
• Keeping emergency contact information current
• Understanding that emergency contacts are not obligated to respond or take action

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, DailySafe may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Technical difficulties or system failures
• Network or telecommunications issues
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)

We do not guarantee 100% uptime or reliability.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of DailySafe is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Contact information (phone numbers, email addresses)
• Call logs and response data
• Emergency contact information
• Usage patterns and service interactions

8. Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to paid features:

• Billing is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion

9. Termination
